Jakub Hudler, P.Eng.

President, Groundsight Engineering Ltd.

Jakub Hudler is a geostructural engineer with over 20 years of experience in excavation support, tunneling, and deep foundation systems. He has led the design of over 500 shafts and tunnel liners across Canada and internationally.
As President of Groundsight Engineering Ltd., Jakub brings deep technical expertise and a track record of innovation to every project. His work spans shoring systems, cofferdams, precision monitoring, and complex underground infrastructure.
He is licensed in Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta, and is an active member of the Tunnelling Association of Canada.

Matthew Alexander, P.Eng.

Matthew is a geostructural engineer and project manager with over a decade of experience in excavation support, tunneling, and deep foundations. He has led the design and field review of complex infrastructure projects across Ontario, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on construction-stage support. A hands-on leader, Matthew brings a practical, data-informed approach to every challenge.
He is licensed in the province of Ontario and is an active member of the Tunnelling Association of Canada and the Canadian Geotechnical Society.

Andreas Zbogar

Andreas has over 5 years of experience in design of excavation support. In his role as a designer and project manager, he has worked on a variety of projects in Ontario, including subway stations, commercial and residential developments, slope stabilization, and infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on field review and testing of various shoring systems.
He is a strong believer in continuous learning to help find efficient and innovative solutions to challenges. He is an active member of the Deep Foundations Institute and Canadian Geotechnical Society.

Ivan Barua, C.Tech.

Ivan is a geotechnical instrumentation and field technician with over 25 years of experience in planning, installing, and monitoring automated data acquisition systems. Over the years, Ivan has been involved in many projects, including automated robotic total stations in transit tunnels and other remote locations. He believes that success in this ever-evolving field is the result of teamwork, integrating the supplier, contractors, and internal resources to achieve the desired results. Ivan is a registered certified technician with the Ontario Association of Certified Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).
